Roberlo P5000 Hardener Standard

P5000 is the standard hardener in Roberlo's P series, and it is the highest-turnover catalyst in our catalog for a simple reason: it runs three different products on your shelf.

One hardener, three products

• Multyfiller Express — primer surfacer
• Multy Seal — 2K wet-on-wet sealer
• Unix 150 HS — clearcoat

Instead of three part numbers going stale in the mixing room, one hardener covers the surfacer, the sealer and the clear. For a shop watching both inventory and waste, that is real money.

Technical data

Check the ratio on the can

The P series is shared, but the mix ratio is not: each product states its own. Multy Seal runs 4:1, the surfacer and clearcoat differ. Always read the ratio printed on the product you are catalyzing rather than assuming it carries over.

Handling

Close the container immediately after use. Hardener is moisture sensitive and an open can in a humid shop will not survive the week. Application equipment must be completely dry.
