Roberlo KX44 UHS Hardener Slow - 2.5L

KX44 is the slow hardener in Roberlo's KX line, the series shared across the Kronox clearcoat range. Its job is to extend open time so the clear keeps flowing and levelling instead of skinning over before you finish the panel.

When to use the slow

Hot weather, large panels, complete refinishes, and any booth that climbs in temperature through the afternoon. A clear that gasses off faster than it can level is where solvent popping, dry edges and orange peel come from — and no amount of polishing fully recovers it.

Handling

Close the container immediately after use. Hardener is moisture sensitive: an open can and a humid shop will cost you the product. Application equipment must be completely dry.
